These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Site are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington, DC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Severability:  If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lex Artificialis regarding Site use and supersede any prior understandings.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
